| Returns Policy: | Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will not accept returns of any kind. All battery operated products will be tested to ensure they are in working order prior to shipping. We are not responsible for damages incurred en route and any problems with products should be taken up with the manufacturer. | |||||||||||||||||
| Shipping Information: | Credit card orders will ship as soon as possible. Expect delivery in one to three weeks. Cheque or Money orders will be processed 2 weeks after receiving payment. Expect delivery within 2 weeks following. All canadian orders will be charged G.S.T.(5%) and all Ontario orders will be charged P.S.T.(8%) Please note credit card purchases are done off-site in our stores and we may have to contact you for verification on large purchases, so please be sure to include your e-mail address. Also, items may at times be out of stock. In such a case we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative choice or to make arrangements for delayed shipping. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Parcel/Xpress Post unless an alternative shipping method is selected. |
